City Park
Lush park with lots of things to do. The New
Orleans Museum of Art, the Botanical Gardens,
Storyland and amusement rides for the kids are all
located throughout the park. You can feed the
ducks and read under a shady tree near the water.
From late November to early January, the park
transforms into a magical place – the trees are
filled with intricate lights, there are concerts, performances, rides and games – when the park
puts on its annual "Celebration in the Oaks."
