  Welcome! We hope you come visit us while you're in New Orleans. We'd love to
show you lots of good books about New Orleans and others we love.

From downtown, take a streetcar going up St. Charles Avenue. Get off at Cherokee Street, soon after you pass the universities and Audubon Park. Walk down Cherokee (away from the river) two blocks and turn left on Maple Street. Walk less than a block, and we're on your right in a blue and white cottage. Our Children's Book Shop is the pink house next door.
